We hit another milestone this week, thinking back only a handful of weeks, it was an incredibly nervous time for us as we approached our one hundredth review from our community. We were questioning whether we could actually do it... Whether we could reach 100 consecutive 5 star reviews without a single blip and we did.
Now only a couple of months later we've just crossed 500, 5 star reviews! However, what we acknowledge is that this is not a representation of our service, even though we genuinely try our best, we know we are not perfect, we always strive to do better and we know we can, the last few months, have been just ridiculously challenging for the entire nation, so we can only continue trying our absolute best.
What these 500+ 5 star reviews show us, is what an unbelievably kind, caring, compassionate & beautiful community we have and for this we thank every single one of you. RW x
